It’s a raider themed player home next to the cola cars arena I think. It says specifically in the description. In Fallout4.ini, make sure bUseCombinedObjects=1. I had set it to 0 for a mod I had installed earlier. In cola cars you're going to find about 7 to 10 of them in total. I found about 4 more in the junkyard. A few in some other park locations, and another few at the nuka bottling factory. I advise giving the console thing a try. The cola cars segment will be virtually impossible with them in there.
